Waltham Watch Company, also known as the American Waltham Watch Company, was founded in Waltham, Massachusetts, in 1850. The company played a significant role in the history of watchmaking in the United States and produced some of the most highly regarded timepieces of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

This timepiece is a vintage Waltham shockresistant mechanical wristwatch dated from the 1970s.
It is a manual wind watch powered by a Swiss made movement caliber Standard 96-4 (or FHF 96-4), 7 jewels, central second, date indicator (set by changing 21-24h), unadjusted. The movement is signed by Waltham Watch Co.
With a retro style, this watch is cased in a 35mm cushion-shape case, base metal bezel and stainless-steel back.
Keeping the retro style vibe, this watch still has the original blue dial with white Arabic Numeral with luminous dots, silver/white luminous matching hands. The date window is located at 3 o’clock. The dial is also signed with the Wlatham name/logo.
It comes comes on a vintage black two-piece strap. Also, this watch comes in an original Waltham display box.
This watch is in good condition. It runs very well and keeps great time.

Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust light when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
